8月15日，第二十三屆南海（陽江）開漁季期間，一場獨具特點的疍家傳統婚嫁風俗扮演出色演出。漁船為轎、咸水作歌，疍家新人通過原生態儀式呈現“海上婚禮”的獨特風情，吸引近千名游客駐足觀賞。
伴著悠悠的咸水歌聲，新娘身穿疍家紅色喜服，頭戴朱釵鳳冠，以紅紗遮面。一旁的新郎則身著玄色喜服，胸掛年夜紅花。“婚船”后，20余名身穿傳統疍家服飾的漁女抬著繁復優美的金飾以及成雙成對的雞、鵝、豬肉、魚、喜酒、喜餅等琳瑯滿目標隨嫁物品簇擁著新人緩緩前行。
“這是天母室內設計我第一次看到疍家風情的婚俗扮演，跟著走了好一段路，熱鬧又新鮮。”來自廣州的游客張密斯表現，在海陵島感觸感染當地的傳統風俗是非常風趣的親身經歷，盼望能夠親身經歷到更多當地的特點。
這場疍家婚嫁扮演不僅為陽江開漁節增加了濃郁的文明底色，更讓觀眾近距離感觸感染到陸地風俗的獨特魅力。
